A seasoned specialist in strategy, innovation and data analytics, he is driven to change how the sector uses evidence and modern tools to improve people's lives. Formerly a lawyer and management consultant, with a stint on the Board of the Victorian Council of Social Services, Dale holds degrees in Law and Economics and proudly calls Melbourne home.
